But this is not the problem , in their rules it says "the bonus is only allowed only once per household, address, e-mail address,credit card number, bank account, and environments where computers are shared" .
It was only trying to be claimed that one time , never before by either of us.
I had a customer service person in live chat give me wrong info before and called on the phone , ended up talking with the supervisor Shelly who was nice and she admitted that I had been told wrong. So I am wondering if he needs to talk to some one else . When he gets home from work I guess he should call and find out the real Terms and Conditions.
