So husband called (since no one ever is on live chat) to claim EAOV1209 into his account - they said it would be credited in 15 mins. He waited over an hour , it never showed up so he called back , they said no because IP has multiple accts. I never claimed this bonus so he should have gotten it even though we have same IP. I use tower he uses his laptop. I had a customer service person in live chat give me wrong info before and called on the phone , ended up talking with the supervisor Shelly who was nice and she admitted that I had been told wrong. So I am wondering if he needs to talk to some one else . When he gets home from work I guess he should call and find out the real Terms and Conditions. Im like yourself from Serbia. You can not choose Serbia from the list of countries during the registration process , only Yugoslavia. Now we both know that Yugoslavia doesnt exist anymore , they certainly need to update their records, and funny enough Yugoslavia is banned country.
