I suggest all players never play at this casino again. They really are ROGUE. They approved my withdrawal on Dec 26, 2008 of $2,860.75 and I contacted them because I hadn't received it yet. Now they are saying I was denied because I abused the free chips but I deposited right before I won and it shows it was manager approved on the 26th. I am furious!!! I too would not recommend ever playing at this casino. I played in it on a first time free chip (so totally abiding the rules and not cashing in any multiple coupons in a row). Met the playthrough, sent in my docs, they were approved the next day, then made my withdrawal. Over a week later I got an e-mail saying it was declined and for no good reason either - they were saying about U.S. players not being allowed to use Netteller but I'm not even in the U.S. (my documents clearly showed that you retards).
