Slots every day (most recently played in one last night). But when I read your post just now I was very concerned about possibly being locked out too.
Especially since I had an issue with them earlier this week. I went to Live Chat on Wednesday to ask about an item under "Promotions / Tournaments" offering "free tournament entry" for players who open an account & make their first deposit. I had done both in early January and had not received an email with further details as stated. The first rep told me there was no such offer anywhere on their website; and when I gave her precise navigation to the passage in question Live Chat suddenly had "trouble communicating" with that rep.
Fortunately I was not disconnected from Live Chat and another rep did eventually respond to me. He said he could not offer entry to a freeroll, but he could credit my account with a $15 bonus. I gladly accepted the bonus, but was still curious about the tournament item. All he would say was they have a "problem at the moment about that issue."
So when I read your post my first thought was they might lock players out as a means to "resolve" such issues. Fortunately that was not the case for me. I was just now able to log in, as well as register and start playing the freeroll for today.
I hope you get a quick resolution to your issue; i am curious to know how it turns out. Good luck!
