I think they in financial trouble too. If you look at their website there is no contact information, and a fake customer service number that doesn't work. I wanted to report to the owners but guess i'll have to go through affiliate contacts to get to their boss.
Btw the customer service guys name supposedly is Stephen, but you know how that goes they all use fake names as a matter of privacy and protection.
