they send me email today for free 5 dollar usd chip....

I go to my account and look it's zero. So I contact live help. Ask why my account was empty?

They say "sorry we can't issue anymore free chips"

I reply "well why did you send that email to me? it's from you."

My session is disconnected immediately. I try to login again and my account is blocked.

These guys are total arses, and not worth your time. Beware of them.

i hope i get a review to write for a webmaster soon on that site so i can start forwarding this experience. prime example of why to only play at the reputable casinos.

I think they in financial trouble too. If you look at their website there is no contact information, and a fake customer service number that doesn't work. I wanted to report to the owners but guess i'll have to go through affiliate contacts to get to their boss.

Btw the customer service guys name supposedly is Stephen, but you know how that goes they all use fake names as a matter of privacy and protection.
