  • this website is not working, i cant even load the sign up page, it just stays blank white page, and doesnt say it is loading what so ever, and there is no live chat, only phone, and i cant phone it from the uk as it is a 1800 number

    i dont really like RTG casinos, they just scare me because they are like the virtual group casinos, the only casino in RTG i like is luckyred but i still have problems in that site too, i dont get what it is with RTG and my computer or internet service provider what causes me to have trouble with these websites o well smiley thanks for the bonus, i cant sign up so i cant use it lol

  • might be something simple like shut off your pop-up blocker or something,
    that's why i said to shoot them off an email...they usually have suggestions,
    and experience for why these problems happen.

  • Last week I had trouble installing mostly RTG's. I kept getting Windows Installer error code. I did everything and anything you can imagine. Even took off SP3 and then forced casino to install. I t took forever but I did it. And before I messed up my registry for good I found some simple thing to do with the Command area and it worked. Now I'm tring to catch up on the updates. I have no intelligence about computers, just stubborn, so don't use my advice without a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th opinion.  So I went to Start, clicked on run, and typed cmd in space, then ok. then in the command box I typed msiexec.exe/unregister, and enter. then typed msiexec /regserver and enter. Make sure there's aspace between msiexec and slash only before regserver.  You can tell if it's put in exactly right and when something is off. then type exit to get out. Anyway it worked. But if it didn't, the same person who posted this had another step, if this one didn't work. I am so tickled and impressed by that advice, I almost hoped it didn't fix it with the first step, just so I could try the second!.

    thanks for this inoformation, i have problems installing RTG casinos too, i get the windows error message when i run the installs for the casino's, to be perfectly honest with you, WE should not have to edit how our computer works to make casinos install, they should install easily, most people dont know how computer commands work, i for one know a little, but i would never mess about with my computer settings and edit and stop things from running just too allow a casino to install, i put it down simply as the casino install files obviously are just not made correctly and may have certain files in them that computers dont like maybe, im not sure though, but i dont mind not playing at these casinos, i am not wasting my time with them, if they cant find a solution as to why they wont install for a lot of people

Sure,it's promising now, then when you deposit, nothing happens. Might as well enjoy it while I can. My mom always told me , "you don't want to win, you just want to play!" I want to do both. In my mind, anything positive, is a win. The more positive going on induces more positive. Sometimes you just know when you can/gotta push it.

    hehe....that's funny RJ, no I am not working at all right now.  I just gamble a lot, and there are so many rogue RTG casino's, I was just very impressed with this one.  They didn't even give me a free chip, they were not offering free chips, when they told me they were the sister casino of Freespin, I just did the math, and found the last chip from Freespin, and it worked, unless you have multiple accounts at Freespin...it should work.

  • I played at this casino the entire weekend and didn't have any problems.  I was playing alot at Freespin casino in June and made multiple cashouts.  They pay quickly thru bankwire.  This is a reputable group and the playtime is very good for the most part. 

    I have found that you can win big here and haven't seen the strange phenomenom when you reverse cashout, you automatically lose.

We should hold off on bashing, especially since the NDB's are so far and few between, and let Lips and the mods, do thier jobs. They'll let us know, if the casino is on the up n up, or to aviod it alltogether.

    I'm lol at your 'I have no intelligence about computers' and then go on to list computer savvy, to me anyway, codes that worked for you.  I'm impressed.

  • Just curious..what version of Windows are people using that are having problems with RTG?  I have Windows7 and everything usually works fine.

  • When I was having problems with RTGs, I got the REVO uninstaller (free) and uninstalled in the highest level all of the RTGs.  I was then able to reinstall with no issues.  It might help to try this as pieces of uninstalled programs were hidden all over the place and REVO took care of that.  Also, the latest IE didn't work well with Rushmore for me, at all.  So I had to go back to 8.

    For Everyone who is having trouble with this. . i have windows vista 64 bit. and ive tried all sorts of solutions. Ive found one that some of you will like and others wont. ok here it is:

    Here's another bit of advice:
    It seems that the "Run as administrator" command only gives you some administrative privileges, and they're not enough to install Java (and OpenOffice, by association), and other programs as well. In order to get around this, you need to actually log in as administrator. Open a command prompt with admin rights by clicking Start, Run, typing cmd into the search/run box, and hitting CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER. At the prompt, type:

    net user administrator /active:yes

    Then log out of your regular account and back in as the administrator, where you should be able to install the program. When you're done, log back into your regular account and, for security purposes, disable the administrator account using:

    net user administrator /active:no

  • hehe thanks, but i did do a search for that message the first time i tryed to install a RTG and i dont like messing about with things, we shouldnt have too, things should work this day and age, we should not need to mess about to try and make things work,

    surely it should be down to RTG software developers to fix these issues, so we can install them correctly without having to do complicated things that some people dont have a clue about, i do know about computers, but i dont like messing about just to install a casino, tongue, thanks very much though smiley smiley

  • you are welcome.  And as tight as the RTG's have been for me, you aren't missing much, except for maybe the Rushmore weekend tournament.  A lot of people here have hit the big prizes with that one.

    But it appears to be a windows issue, since so many people have that problem  Microsoft should send out a patch that would fix the problems they have instead of making the users jump through hoops to get things to work.  3rd party software designers can't really design a totally fool-proof system when so many options are used on each and every user's computers.  Microsoft even has fixes for their own software with this problem- it's the installer. 

    Some casinos do send out CDs with their software, was wondering if you had tried any of those and got the same error. 

    Meanwhile, I am also wondering what 100CHERRIES is good for?
