I also agree....whenever I think of Rival I think of Vegas Regal because they have been the most consistently generous and fair.  They make gambling fun and I never feel like I lose with them because I know they'll always surprise me with something free in the future.  Someone in their organization knows what they are doing! (Did you hear that Tropica?)
