But i have been with live chat for 45 minutes trying to get the free $20 and he keeps telling me my login id is not correct.  I have given him my welcome email etc etc.  Told him i have logged in a few times with my login id, but so far nada.......................

I received an email from CRC today for $10 free.
Now I did play it,lost it, but in away that probably was the best thing that happened to me because when I looked into the withdrawal options, well, I didn't see any available for US players.  Something I don't have to worry about now.
Does anyone know if they are still taking US players, or do ya think it was a computer mess-up?

Good luck if ya get it or go to live chat and tell them you got an email today.  When I first logged in, I could not find the free $10, so I had to go to live chat to get it.  No problems getting it, but I didn't ask if US players were still allowed to play there.  I was so happy jus to get a Rival free chip.  Ya know what I mean.......
