hi immag, my email open with 20$ n/p , but the others were with completed bonus. i open thur and got 20$ thur anmd then on fri i got 20$ fri, however i didnt download that 1 , cause i cant keep but 2 casinos in puter at a time so i have to play it out and delete. so i dont know weathe i got fri . are not . hope that helps. ty josie46

hi i think its a thur. and a fri, different n/p, i have been playing the new rival going on the 3rd day, i dont know how to figure play thru , iv been up to 450$ and now back to 250, so i didnt bother with tropica, cant hit nothing there anyhow, so i didnt download it again. they may have taken out fri already , i just dont know, try the new rival with the free 50$, youll like it , gl josie46

I did josie, loved it.. josie if you goto the cashier.. click the bonus you are playing on at the bottom it will tell you your playthrough and how far you are, try that hope that helps

i been playing the new casino and made through the play through requirments and still had $900 in my balance but it says that you could only cash out $154 so which means i cant cash out the rest right?

If thats what the max cash-out for the bonus you are playing on, yes would be excess, cash-out enough to cover everything, play it down to your max cash-out, unless you are in a hurry for the cash-out and don't want to play, otherwise they will remove all excess, don't know if you are gaining comp points but thats what most do, some won't give you the comp points on certain bonuses

josie, talk to duwayne, i saw him explaing in support that they started using that rival thingie which is causing people with accounts at other rivals to get locked out, to me it's insulting to depositing players who have been loyal to tropica
