I've credited all the accounts that qualified. Players from Austria, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Russia and Sweden will not receive the bonus. We are however looking into changing the list.

Duwayne, I'd like to thank you for your help but I can't.  I don't know what information you relied on to qualify new members for $10 no deposit bonus but I can tell  you that Tropica is the only Rival casino to deny me a signup freebie.  I would have gladly paid Tropica $10 to avoid the time wasted downloading, registering, contacting live support, posting my info. for your review and being confused and disappointed at your "discrection".  Tropica got off to a bad start and while your attempt to salvage things may have been honorable, I smell a rat.   Glad I discovered that sooner rather than later.
