I got this message the other day from Tropica regarding my withdrawal:

In order to cashout, you will need to make a deposit of the minimum amount 25 into the casino with the option you wish to use to withdraw.

They reversed my withdrawal request because you can't make a deposit with a withdrawal pending. I completely understand why they would do all this, however I use Quicktender and the minimum deposit is $50 - so with the fees and wait time that would tie up more money than I can spare right now so I decided to just play with the $100 winnings until it was gone. It's gone - and I don't think I'll play at Tropica again. It's more fun to play online casinos when there's less hassle with a withdrawal request.

Told me the same thing susie h.  I took the Tropica $13 bonus, and then I couldnt collect the Vegas Regal chip for $66 . Says it just has to be an hour, so perhaps try again after a little while.
