I downloaded now i cannot get my old password or the new password they gave me to work. support said it could take a day or more. what a bummer.

          Yeah they sent me an email with my old username and a new password but still was not able to login.   I  know I copied the password correctly,  anybody know what's going on?  shouldn't be this complicated!

I was in correspondence with them for a while yesterday with the same "old username, new password" issue. They gave me four different new passwords to and NONE of them worked!

They finally said it would be pasted on to the technical team, so....
