I just chatted with a guy from vegas days casino and this what i learn----i'm able to make deposits and withdraw money(if i'm lucky to win) but i'm not able to get any kind of promotions what so ever(because i got other rival caino account) I'm 110% sure i don't have 2 account at one rival casino(if i thought i did had,i would not made a deposit of $29).So does anyone knows a rival casino that not connect to that group that take USA players?

Are you bonusbanned in one of Rival casinos then you are banned at them all. They are all connected. The thing you can do is to ask for a Manager account review at each casino and explain what has happened. Each casino decide for themselves so it is up to them. The same goes for every new Rival that comes up. Slotocash is different from the others. Just ask them and you will get promotions.
