Do not play any rival casinos they are a bunch of crap. They sent me a msg about cutting me off because I play video poker at a 97.4 pct rate and they could not pay me bonuses with deposits and come out ahead. What!@!!! Take any Free bonuses you can from this idoits and have fun playing games in free mode. (thats what they have are games or play your ipod) They are not legite gambling site. DO NOT DEPOSIT. thats my opiion and i am sticking to it. Play rtg sites or vegas tech sites very good. kermfrog |

i got flagged frompromos at this is vegas because they said multible accounts i have deposited there but i have never had any problems being flagged for bonuses at any other rival i deposit at at a few of them even the ones i don't deposit at still give me free promos now i am not certian if i should try this new one or not just my luck after i download they will ban me  |

IN my opinion that behavior is against the fair gaming policies that online casinos as do live casinos should and haVE to abide by. Good for one....then GOOd for the rest. Who or what AGEncy monitors these things? they should at least be reported even if it does state that On their wEbsite it still doesn't make it fair gaming. It's kinda like a thief that toLd the police they steal so the thief can't get arrested lol. |

Why do you dislike Rival? I've read on another forum that you received your withdrawal even though you had duplicate accounts and played with a freebie. How come you don't mentioned that? |

Isn't that such a joke!! They open all differnet casino's powered by the same software, expect people to sign up, play and deposit money, offer promotions, then claim your banned from the promotions for having accounts at ANOTHER casino, but then tell you you can still deposit.....HELLO IDIOTS, the minute people hear the word BANNED......they do NOT make deposits!!! Oh well, it's not business to worry about, if they want to go under then good for them, because they are making steady progress towards that goal........the only bad part about it is that I really like Vegas Regal, but they are a Rival casino, and it makes me wary of a casino I want to trust!! Hi Guys and Gals, I can understand your weary approach. It is perfectly comprehensible. However, I do have to say that there are bad and good casinos in every software. I'm sure you wouldn't lump the best and worst playtechs, RTGs or even Microgaming casino in a single pile. As far as Rival policy, you can have 1 account at each casino. And even if you do have mutilple at any casino, we at Vegas Regal Casino will not ban you flat out. We will try to work it out first and see if it was done as a simple mistake and not something with ill-intent. We used to use the automatic Rival banning system, but we no longer do, we work with players on a case by case basis. Now, I don't want to de-rail this thread with our comments, so to everyone, remember this is about a new casino and seeing what you feel about it. I honestly hope you guys get along, since the more good Rival Casinos with good rep, the better our group will be seen as a whole! |

If anyone should be banned for "multiple anything," It should be them, from having "multiple casinos" . They have too many and don't seem to know what they're doing. Most of all, they don't quite understand who needs who? They need us more than we need a lousy $10-$20 chip that you gotta spend 3 days to make playthrough and then lose it. Even if you don't win, you should at least have fun. These places need to learn sportsmanship, and human interaction before trying to run a thousand casinos that are miserable to deal with. Just by them taking away the excitement of a new casino away from me really hurts, but I know that alot of people have been hurt much more and none of us deserve that.

While it's a pity about the bad egg/wannabe extortionist, I think there's a very interesting point that Rival is entirely missing. Let's take IGT, probably the most popular & dominant slot/ video slot/video poker machine provider in the world. Let's say you sign up/get a player's card at one casino that uses these machines, then go another casino only to be told you can't sign up for their player's/rewards program because you're already a member at the first. Further, you're told that this isn't the casino's policy but IGT's & the casino staff abdicate all responsibility for this policy. (Apparently, Vegal Regal is the exception to this ridiculous rule--proving that it CAN be changed.) Just for gravy on the gruel, you're told this is an IGT VIOLATION , which in "casino-speak" could mean when you drop your money in the machine it might lock up, sound sirens, & pitch you bodily from the premise. However, the casino encourages you to deposit...go ahead--try. How long do you suppose reputable casinos would carry IGT's product? We are a Rival Casino that doesn't follow the automated Rival banning system, so as you said it doesn't have to be. Rival shouldn't be the target of your anger. Individual operators should. We are the ones that can mess up. The software provider gives us tools. It is up to us to use them well or not. We used to mess up with the automated tool, so we allocated resources and now use a manual approach. |

Valid point, Nicolas, & one I hope all Rival operators soon understand. After all, with the exception of "sisters & twins," RTG, Microgaming & other operators have figured this out.
I'm beginning to think the only sites of any kind I'll pay to play at will be those with reps who are actually watching the forums & watching out for their players.
And thank you for drawing our attention to the ND's. Speaking for myself after the fuss with another Rival I had deleted & ignored them.

As the rep has stated, this is a new casino. The only way any of us are going to know if this casino is a reputable one is by player feed back.
While i do agree with the Rep that we are off topic, and should give this casino a fair chance.
What i do NOT agree with is for the Rep to link another site regarding a player here at our forum. I have removed that link and feel it was in poor taste.
I understand there is disappointment with Rival from a lot of our members. Lets hope this new casino can be the one that stands apart from the rest. Please share any honest experiences that you have with this new casino.
