Live support making me do all sorts of things to my comp but I believe the issue is on their end.  I tried to download another rival to prove it but all the no deposit rival links are not loading, the RTG and other sites load just fine.

Server issues? Royal Apollo page still loads.. but slowly. Download still wont complete.

Check your firewall settings. Also at least for me i have issues using FireFox and had to switch to IE.

Got it too..Though they don't have much in bonuses yet, the 100% has a low PT from what I have seen from other rivals. Maybe worth a shot!

I just signed up, no bonus, went to chat and they said I have been a player since 12-6-09. I don't think so - they didn't even take US at that time.

Does anyone know if they have a sister site that could be linking me to them?

When I downloaded the casino the casino itself was Royal Apollo, but the desktop icon says GOLDROCK Huh?

I spoke to live chat. According to them them these are 2 separate casinos that use the same software. If Royal Apollo comes up as Gold Rock after download, contact support or live chat. They will assist members on steps to take to correct the situation.

What is more interesting when asked if they were sister sites......live chat said..."she didn't think so".

Huhm, "don't think so", either you are or you aren't! All Rivals use the same software..."RIVAL." But they usually come up as who they say they are Huh?

I agree slot....something is not adding up right with this casino. I have never experienced a casino where software got confused with another casino!!

Live chat insinuated it was a tech prob................Wondering if anyone else has had this problem?
