Hi, does anyone know why when I try to open an account at planet 7 it tells me I'm not allowed to log in? It also happens at ringmaster. But I can log in on catseye.

I am sorry to here about your troubles and Know how painful it is to see that big win dissapear... But.

The issue here is not with the codes themselves, but in how you used them. In a nutshell you may use and 1 code at any of these casinos without making a deposit. To be eligible for cashout of any winnings, you must make a deposit to that casino before redeeming a second (or third) one or you void any winnings.

As with any "free" offer, there are strings attached. This most often manifests as "terms and Conditions" of the free chip offer. These T&C's will state what the Playthrough amount is before you can qualify for any winning withdrawl, What Maximum amount you will be eligible to withdraw based upon the chip used (common is 2 times the value of the chip, occasionally as much as 5 times the value) and states
that once playthrough is met, all moneys in excess of the maximum withdrawl will be removed from the account.

The terms will also let you know if there is a restriction on using more than one free chip in a row ( it is sometime allowed in the case of Birthday bonuses, managers specials or a "oop's we screwed up") but in most cases a minimum deposit is required between claiming each chip at That casino.

One reason for the diversity of codes and casinos here is to give players multiple options to redeem chips at a variety of casinos without crossing that threshold.
