Ivylani, I too have had about the same thing happen to me.Playing Keno on a coupon I hit 11 out of 13 on a $1 bet paid 10.000 and then a second time I hit 12 out of 13 for 50.000 on a $1 bet Both times I didnt get to keep any of it. When I met the play thru amount all but the amount of the coupon was gone. Thats pretty much how all the online casinos work. So dont be too upset theres nothing that can be done. keep playing and just have fun with it. Thats what I do.
