    Just to clarify a few things, Golden Galaxy is under new ownership, i have only been with them for a few weeks now, but am happy to inform you the following things will be implemented over the next few days/weeks.

    1) Terms are being changed as we speak, and you will see all new terms within the next couple days.
    2) 50 New banners have just been uploaded, and 50 new Spanish ones will be uploaded the end of this week, we are also working on landing pages, screenshots, mailer templates and more.
    3) We have requested additional languages from Playtech these will be implemented as soon as they facilitate
    4) a 24 hour support team will be recruited for all these languages, and thus live chat will become your primary contact avenue if you desire, i have in the interim requested they remove live chat from the website
    We have signed up new payment processors that will be available this week.

    So please guys be patient we are doing our best to turn Golden Galaxy into a reputable, loyal and exciting platform for you. In the meantime pls do keep the feedback coming, and feel free to contact me with any issues regarding non payment or terms you think should be changed, etc

    I just realized i said under new ownership, this was in fact meant to say new management.. both in the CRM department, the affiliate department and more.
    So even though these are old threads, i am making sure we can start fresh and enjoy our time moving forward

  • playtec is a legit company imo, can't be rogue. It's a very high reputation Estonian company. I seriously doubt they would accept to sell their soft. to Rogue casinos.

    Fair enough FAZIII1. However we have just added the casino to LCB so we will be monitoring players feedback on the casino. We will also facilitate communication with the rep and watch that things are resolved quickly and smoothly. If they dont pay players and aren't acting as a reputable brand should then we will take the necessary action and add warnings and make sure to keep players away.

    At the moment they still have a chance to prove themselves.

    In their terms and conditions is written: "Players from certain countries may be prohibited from making use of the $25 free promotion from time to time". It's  very likely that players from Bosnia and Herzegovina aren't allowed to claim this no deposit bonus.
