the same thing happened to me juju,but i talked with a very helpful person at live help"sammy" who looked up and said my account seems to have been flagged by the system but since he could not see a possible reason he was going to send a report to security for them to look into and they would get back to me in email. i did this because i have never knowingly opened multple accounts or tried to take advantage of free money so i asked sammy to give me the name of the casino i had a multiple with and thats when he said it was unclear, could be a mistake so if you think this applys to you also might want to email support or go to live help and have them take a look.

Can someone help me?
when i want to download Vanguard Casino,it installs very quick (too Quick) and then stops and appears :Access violation at address 7C921780 in module'ntdll.dll' Read of address 00006578 ,this nr. changes another was 00000000 etc. Does someone know whats wrong? thanks for any help hansi53
