Same thing just happened with me also.  I downloaded last night and tried the coupon and it said already redeemed.  I went to live chat and waited for almost an hour, finally I gave up.  I just now got live chat and chatted with Jimmy who also would not redeem the code, said it was not for me, only for depositing players.
