i have spoken too soon i have meet the wagering requirements with $300 but the support person is telling me that i have to deposit $25 and play that through 20x in order to withdraw onl $100 i have tried looking up the terms and conditions but i get pagenot found

this is what is in their terms and conditions: 99 times the Free no deposit bonus amount and the maximum withdrawal amount is $100. In order to cash out after fulfilling the wagering requirements, a player must deposit a minimum of $25 and only than the pending withdrawals will be approved. |

all these casinos are so scamy i made the playthrough in a few of them only to be told to deposit $25 i thought thats ok.
Then they tell you you have to take the deposit bonus and playthrough the whole amount before cashing out .
Scam why should you have to take a bonus on your own cash!

its been 3 days since I signed with them and still have not reached live support. even sent them an email 2 days ago. Nothing. Went back today and had a pop up message saying that if i filled out all my registration i will have it in 24 hours. But I filled out all my stuff 3 days ago when I signed up..

Hi gangsta,
If you made the playthrough requirements then a deposit is needed in order to withdraw your winnings.
There should be no playthrough requirements again after you make your deposit, providing you don't use a deposit bonus.
If you deposit, do NOT take any bonus with it. I don't know how quickly this casino pays out. If you do make a deposit please keep us updated as how quickly you are paid.

Ok so like after I get mad and uninstall the casino. About a week later I get a free $10 credit without my asking.  The only reason why I had uninstalled the casino was each time I tried to ask for the $10 they tried to get me to deposit first. After each time and 15 minutes of fighting I'd give up and run. The 3rd time I uninstalled and now a week later I get the deposit. Oh well. What can you do. I dunno if I'll play it though after grief I went through on the first few occasions. |

after i deposited they told me that i had to wager deposit plus bonus 20x and if i do or not i can withdraw the$100 well i lost my deposit so i went to withdraw the$100 they told me that their support had made a mistake and that i did not have to playthrough deposit and bonus that what had to happen was is when i deposited my $25 their support was supposed to ad$75 and then i was supposed to withdrawr that $100 and what they did was put in $75 in my account with a 99 x playthrough and a maximum withdraw of $100 and told me that they were going to speak to their staff and inform them of the correct procedure natrualy i have lost that$75 lucky for me i have only deposited $25 i will never visit that casino again |
