I registered early this morning around 1 am or 2 am not exactly sure but was told from live chat that if I qualify I will receive it in 24 hours. So we will see.

So far it's been past the 24 hour mark and still no bonus. Chat said 24 to 48 hours so now it's hot plate time to see if this bonus actual shows or not.

Hmm...does any play at these casinos using this software? I've not had good look with their support or any kind of reasonable response times.
For what it's worth, I downloaded the day after the alleged ND was posted & STILL haven't received anything. I finally got through to "live" support & here's what followed.

Not sure if the terms have already been posted but I just downloaded the software and registered and contacted live help to claim the bonus. She said it is only 10 times playthrough and the max cash out is $535!! I really enjoy Vegas Tech games and I am looking forward to playing the bonus when I get it! hello, cheetahwind, I waited over four days for the bonus to be credited in my account. I would call them back as I did twice and they will have the supervisor look at your account almost immediately. I think sometimes the live help doesn't put in the ticket right. rilla01

Hello all, it all depends on the rep, as someone else stated that they are new and probably don't know what they are doing just yet. It took me 3 different reps too and on the third time there was no mention at all about a 24-48 hours wait time...he put it in right away So I would definitely keep going to chat until I get it!!! |
