I got the most unfriendly customer service. He asked me how and where I got the code, then told me that I has to be invited in order to use the code other wise he can't process the code. Has anyone have this problem before? Just curious.

I actually just redeemed the code. (lost it within 1/2 hour) I can't remember the reps name, he wasn't rude, but not extremely friendly either. I just told them the site I found them on stated there was a $25 no deposit code of 25FRNDB50ST. I had no problems they credited my account immediately. It looks like your rep must have been ready to go home!
