I am aware of that perkypoo, this just happened 2 b the thread I picked out of my search results 4 captainjacks. All the others had specific codes or another casino site posted within their titles.

On a free chip the max cashout is usually 1 or 2 X's the free chip value. I went back & looked in that email I got the code from & there is not any info, sorry. I also looked n the NOTIFICATION:COUPON REDEEMED email they sent me & came up with nothing but this...

Hi Tamora,

You can try using the links to those casinos from Here and see if that works.

also, in some cases,  it helps to use a different browser. for example if you normally use Mozilla's Firefox, for this on download open an Internet Explorer page and try downloading on that. Or vice versa.

 Thank you for the reply. I tried both browsers and the message I get is 

        "application failed to start because  pibc32.dll was not found "

 No clue what this means.  Any idea?

My computer satill will not let me download this casino.  Firefox or IE  . Says  pllbc.32 dll was not found. If anyone knows how to fix this pls respond.

Hi Tamaroa,
because there are no new codes for me at the moment i tried to
see about your problem.
It sounds like you have downloaded the casinos but you can not
open them because of missing .dll.
The correct name of it must be plibc32.dll
You will find this in every RTG Casino folder for example C:\ cirrus casino
So I copied the plibc32.dll from a working rtg casino into the captain jack
folder and was able to lock in.
