DEPOSITING MEMBERS ONLY!!! I thought about posting a thread 4 this, but decided not 2 when customer support turned me down. I got an email 4 this bonus...y don't they just tell u from the get-go that in order 2 get it there are stipulations? I waited on support 4ever & then got the big fat "NO", it was a total waste of time.

ive got this email too - contacted custumer support - very long wait - and than..............NO NO not for me - i havent deposited there and so i didnt get any bonus .
I wonder why they send me this email to claim a bonus , as i am not alowed for it

LUVKITTY: i redeemed $25 choosing a door thru live support and I have never deposited at golden Casino. Maybe try again?!? Best of luck..... |

Same here I never deposited and got the bonus..Oh gee...a whopping $5 for waiting 40 minutes. No wonder I don't play with them..  Note: I returned to the casino and checked the "Welcome" screen. I don't see any restrictions as to being a "Depositing" player. Plus this is open to anyone as they have their "Secret" BS code right on the screen there. Again (altogether) "No wonder why I don't play with them" (But I have entered a couple of their tournaments!)  DON'T PICK DOOR 5!!! |

Same here. Both me and my wife have accounts with GO Casino, Golden Casino, and OnlineVegas. Not sure why OnlineVegas is not doing this promotion? So all I have received is $5. Two accounts down, two accounts to go. |

I've tried for 3 days to get through to someone at Go and Golden Casino to no avail!! I've tried live chat and keep getting "Operator Busy" and I've emailed them more than 24 hours ago.....nothing!
