You need to submit a Security Form before they can start processing your withdrawal request. You also need to send them a visible copy of your driver's license or other form of official photo I.D. as well as a copy of each credit card used. In the case of having used another deposit method instead of credit card, send them a Utility Bill (phone bill, electricity bill). I hate to say this Janice but 99slotmachines has a bad reputation of not paying their players and that includes me. Hello All, I am having a problem with Real Vegas Online and I am wondering if anyone else is having the same problem. I won on Dec 31, the max cash out on a coupon ($200). I called that night and had no problem reaching a real person. I asked him if I needed to send in a "fax back form" or any other info and he said, ""no, just request the withdraw via over nite mail". I thought that was kind of odd (I'm Calif. USA), but I did so. EVER SINCE, i cannot get a hold of a live person via phone or live chat, and can't get a reply to my emails or live message requesting the status of the withdraw. In my account details it shows the "withdraw requested" Dec 31, but that's it, no notations from them after that date. I'm sure they are still in business, because I still get the mailers they send to me almost on a daily basis. Thanks for reading this, and any help or info would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!  |

Congrats on the win!!!!! This is a Rogue casino. You'll have to keep harrassing them CONSTANTLY to get your money. I would send the Faxback Form in anyway that way they can't come back to you and say they need it later which will delay your withdrawal even more. Email them, email them, and email them some more. Call or do anything you can to get them moving on it. I've seen these casinos take months to finally pay. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
