I've redeemed way less than 1000 at all of the sister casinos and never had a problem until lately when all of this happened.

Real Vegas, like many other RTG casinos (but unlike her sisters), require 10 or more dollars worth of comps before you can redeem. Also, where the Sisters give $1/10 comp points, Real Vegas is $1/100 comp points. So at say Plenty, you can redeem 63=$6.30, and at RVOL 1066=$10.66. I'm unsure whether at RVOL they accumulate at a faster rate, but it sure doesn't seem like it. Their websites don't give very much info about comps. I think the four sisters are extremely generous, I'm pretty sure it works out to $1. comp for every $100. wagered.
Incidentally, VIP Lounge was totally cool about comps too. Without having ever deposited, I accumulated $18. worth. I made a $30. deposit (with 400%-sticky coupon so I had $150. to play with which was kinda cool but 30x playthrough, eek!) and when I busted out I had $24. in comps. Cashed 'em in np through live chat. Then I played the new $30 n/d chip. So I feel like that was as good a deal as I've been able to find anywhere. They also seem like they're relatively upfront about their t&c's, so you're not finding them out the hard way. I'm happy as a looser can be! Gl e1. WINWINWIN!!!

am pretty sure codes can be only used by the one person. I receive new codes each week thru email for the five different sites. I am putting the the body of the email here explaining what to do. The customer service is (or at least appears to me to be) non existent!! I won a few hundred on Slot Nuts but couldn't figure out how to withdraw.
