I have reopened Starburst game several times and re-logged, no free spins either...

I didnt get the spins either but spoke to live chat who said they were having some technical issues and the spins would be added as soon as possible. They said i would be contacted when the spins were added so i shall wait and see what happens.

On the landing page after you join there is a banner on the right that says "play your free starburst spins now" just click that you should be fine!
