usa ok
I didn't use the cd, but downloaded it off the web; lotusasiacasino.com
When I entered the bonus, It said I was ineligible, so I called them
866-403-6954
I told support I had received it in the mail today, was holding it in my hand, but the code did not work. Support, forgot her name, asked me what the code was and then put it on my account lickety split.  She was very nice.

 Thanks for the tip Jade,  they said no go. I am highly pissed.   I  don't know about everyone else but I like to take a test drive before I buy a car,  same thing about making a deposit.   Anyhow  it's not like we're asking for a mortgage payment  just a chip.... Argggh!!    Don't get me started man.

they asked where i got the code from i told them from an affiliate and that it came in my spam email..he put the coupon through

wooohooo, thank you a betonsoft casino that actually gave me the bonus, thanks, i just went to support and said it said invalid and they did something and told me to try again, then it worked, so goto support if u have problems and say u got the code in mail when they ask

funny this, i didnt get mail by post, and yet they gave me it, they asked where i got the code, i said mail, lol so i dont understand then why they gave me it i lied to them Tongue tut tut i know but i couldnt resist cos i never get the free chips in betonsoft casinos anyway so sometimes we try anything lol
