Just talked to customer service and they told me that if you get a "promotion cannot be claimed at this time contact customer service" it is because you have claimed a free chip at another rival casino and there is a cooling off period of an hour before you can claim another free chip at another rival casino. So you can't download 2 or 3 rival casinos and open accounts and claim the free chips all at once...you have to wait at least 1 hour between trying to claim at the different rival casinos. Hope this helps!

hi i got a problem i dowloaded this casino yrs ago, and i skip the reg pg, cause i didnt know if i had acount there, i didnt now when i dowloaded it i cant get to reg . pg. i tried to removed it and cant get rid of file comepleating . does any 1 know how to get reg pg up again ty josie46

If u have a computer that u can switch user accounts on then try downloading it while logged on as another user. It should come up as if u have never been there before, it does for me on my puter. If u don't have another user account set up u might try activating the guest account 2 switch to, but don't forget where u place your download or make sure u make it so it can be shared between users.
