i have won over 5 grand in cirrus casino and wonder if i can claim i have gone thru play thru and have played on that for a week or so

Not much chance of withdrawing total amount.

No Deposit coupons normally have a maximum payout,recent Cirrus chips are limited to around the value of the free chip.
Also if it was a second chance freechip your withdrawal will be denied if your last deposit was a free chip and you will be locked out regardless of the amount you attempt to withdraw.
In the last week I won between $3,000 and $11,000 individually at Cirrus,Club Player,Virtual and Bet Royal.Total possible withdrawal was a total of $380.

If this is your First free Cirrus chip or a second free chip after a deposit contact Cirrus and ask them how much you can withdraw for the relevant chip.
If you have breached their terms-try withdrawing and hold your breath.

Also alot of players do not realize there are many No Max and No Playthru bonuses for a deposit of $25 sometimes even $20 they are not typically published you have to go to chat and say you want a no max no play bonus the one for Virtual is EZ200.  That way if you win a Random jackpot or whatever the amt you can cashout. I have hit 3 Randoms this week and know better now, they were on freechips and you will NOT get the $.  That is why I always play no max no play bonuses.
