Hello. i have win some cash. my Deposit site looks like this  Can someone explain me wharts going on now ? what does MANAGER WITHDRAWAL APPROVED mean ? ON my neteller are nothing o_O And on my request i got this msg from the casino:
As far as I can see your approved withdrawal for the amount of $300 is in queue to be sent by the end of next week. We will contact you just as soon as we have any updates on that..
But whats about my 1700 bugs ??thanks for explain |

was this off of a freeplay bonus or just a straight deposit cause if it was from a freeplay you usually only get back a certain amount of money!! after meeting all the requirements. If you paid to play and are cashing out and you didnt use any freeplays then the casino should pay you out!! I would be chasing thier Buts all around town call them and find out whats going on!!!! oh and im not sure about netteller but some sites will only allow you to cash out on the payment method the amount you put in... example... you deposited $130 from your visa and you win $260 and cash out!!! $130 goes back to your visa $130 comes in a cheque form or some other kind of payment method so you should also check with netteller to see whats going on , on thier side as well!!! good luck sounds like a pretty nice win!!!

thanks erin j. it was NO freeplay i have deposit 30$ and use a bonus code 600% i have play slots realy often and meeting all the requirements for cash out. ( i have do a 30 x deposit amount ) ( cashout = 10x amount deposit ) than i have click cash out but i dont know what MANAGER does mean  30 x 600 = 180 Dollar x 10 = 1800 Dollar cashout =? ( if i meet all requirements ?? ) |

you were only allowed to cash out $300 and they took the $1700 back ! That's what manager requested $1700 and manager approved $1700 means !!

Dead right there - Manager Approval means they took that away and you won't get it back to play with either.
Happened to me - I won over $4000 and because the code I used was 10x the deposit I could only cash out $200 (deposited 20 bucks) and they took the rest on Manager Approval. I tried to get it back to play with but they wouldn't give it. Im sure you will get the $300 though.
Best of luck and shame about the $1700

since cash out was 10 x deposit.....that is the max they will allow you to withdraw
in the future check out the requirements such as the 600% bonus has to be repaid
then u are able to cash out the max allowed
