I gamble constantly. I go through thousands of dollars each month online through tvg, sportsbooks etc. I checked your free chips out to see if you were legitimate. You just said people who test out free chips etc aret real players in your own words so do them a favor and quit offering free chips so people can check you out. O and btw look through this site and find just one positive remark about cool cat. You are disrespectful and dishonest.

My goodness. Please make banner adds saying hey were giving you starter free chips.....But if you win you have NO chance of recieving anything......And a quote from you .... you have no intention of making a deposit with us because you consider our casino to be fraudulent, so to be honest I do not see why we would be interested in having you as a player..... O and tell everyone that if you have a complaint before you make a real deposit its easier for you all to just terminate the chat and end your account. Really please find one post on here that is positive about cool cat. Which casinos are you representing? I really would like to know because I promise you I'll get the message out about how you treat players.

I was asking a simple question.... Why would I deposit into a casino with 100% negative feedback from every website...including this one? That isn't a legit statement? Your answer to that was that you agree with him being rude to me and to dismiss anything I say. Your customer service is horrible and your here to fix that...lol good luck. Cool Cat Casino is as crooked as they come and I wish this site would remove it completely.

Ok heres an update on my withdrawal request .
I made the request on the 20/08/2009 .
So i just went on to live chat a short time ago to see if anyone had looked at approving my withdrawal request yet.

Linda said to check back after 10 business days which is 03/09/2009
and that noone was available from the withdrawals dept until Monday.

She then said after i get approved it would be another 10 days for my money to be sent to me Exclamation!!

I asked why it takes so long when other casinos pay me out within days and she said she understands and was sorry for the inconvenience.


But this is the real funny part for me i told Linda i got an e-mail today that had great
promos for depositing players and heres what it said about withdrawals Exclamation!!

Withdrawals in our group take about 15 business days.  CS included a few extra days in the estimate just in case there are any delays.

We are aware we do not offer the fastest cashouts in the industry, but we have a very large group of casinos and there are banking restrictions in the US that delay payments more than we would hope (international players do enjoy a much faster payout).  And the upside of being such a large group is the type of bonuses we are able to offer.

Its just a bit frusrating on why it can take so long to approve a withdrawal request . The Cool Cat company procedure is 7-10 days as ive been told a lot by live chat CS . So would this mean nobody ever gets approved in less than 10 days ? Thats the way it looks to me as ive just been on to live chat again and Eric kindly told me that it hasnt been 10 business days since my request and to check back at the end of the week.

What is frustrating is that i have made withdrawals from online casinos and poker sites lately and been paid out within days Exclamation!  never mind being approved within days.

Anyway thanks to you for looking into my withdrawal request Ingrid lets
hope it goes well .

Ive just been on to live chat with Eimy .
I asked if my withdrawal request had been approved yet and was told
 "still pending "     " 7-15 business days for approval "

I respond by saying " On your website it states 7-10 business days for approval "

Eimy says " It is normally taking around 7-15 business days for approval "
              " Please check on status within that time frame "

I then say " the prism aff manager was going to chase it up for me so any update on
                 that ? "

Eimy " you can contact our withdrawal dept directly between 10am-4pm EST there
         is no update at this time on the account "

So im just wondering what the story is here ?
Live chat is telling me its 7-15 business days to give approval and it clearly states
on the website " All withdrawals that meet cash out requirements will be approved
within 7-10 business days of the date the withdrawal was requested "


I dont see how they can just move the goalposts like that .
So maybe if i am not approved this time next week live chat will tell me its 7-20
business days for approval Exclamation!
So any update on my withdrawal request Ingrid as it should have been approved today
like you stated in the above post any info would be appreciated thanks Smiley

Hi Carlito,

Since we are at GMT-6 here, today just started for me Smiley

CS usually allows for a little additional time because on some rare cases (it depends on many factors, some of them beyond our control), a withdrawal can be delayed for approval, so it is approved for example in 11 or 12 days.  However, when this happens we try to rush the other part of the process and get the funds sent sooner than usual.

As I had mentioned, your withdrawal will be approved today.

Well i just logged in to my Coolcat account a short time ago and my withdrawal request has been approved at last ExclamationSmiley
It took exactly 2 weeks to get approval with the help of Ingrid i may add.

Ok thats that part done now i have to wait for the cheque to be processed
and arrive at my address.

Obviously that could be a couple of weeks too we will have to wait and see.

I will let you guys and girls know exactly how long the whole process takes when i
recieve my cheque.

I just wanted to clarify that all I did was ask our Withdrawals department when the withdrawal would be approved, it would've been approved today regardless of my involvement Smiley

I emailed them the info on my acct on the 17th of September and have not received any response back as of today. I have emailed them 4 times since the 15th and have had no response back from them. But in the meantime I am still waiting for my money. I would really like to find out the status of my withdrawal but no one will get back to me. Who do I contact?
