I have to agree on Golden Casino's support can do better. But so far it has been the better of most casinos I tried. When I signed up, i used a no deposit bonus code. Live support wasn't there when I tried claiming it. So, i emailed them. Took days before they got back at me. And they said it was an expired code and I have to use another code. So, i thought oh well. But when I logged on today. BAM! there was a $20 Bonus in my account. Now that's what I call customer service! Grin
