I received a letter in the mail (they sent me two letters) stating that I had a $21 free chip. Bonuse code was 21FREE however when I went to redeem it, it wouldn't work. So I contacted casino support and this is what I got:

I used that code but it doesn't work.  I'm a depositor also and never receive any free coupon from this casino

Gold VIP almost never gives a free chip. I get one occasionally for birthdays and such, or as a gripe pay off (server glitch or somesuch if I remember) but the bonus is always tied to a single use, single account. It is possible another affiliate worked out a special deal with them that needs to tie to their affiliate ID.

it is a pretty decent casino with fast response times and payouts, credible and one of the few I feel comfortable with depositing with in the past. Would love to see LCB get an exclusive with them or rushmore etc.
