someone needs to get on GOLDVIP casino they sent me today by snail mail $21 free codeGO21FREE which expires August 31st yet when i tried to redeem it it said contact customer support who very rudely informed me i must have downloaded from a sight that was not entitled to the bonus and it was sent out by mistake this is the 3rd or 4th time they have did this maybe someone need to talk to them or banned them from their sites untill they start honoring these coupons they keep sending out to trick you to their site please see whats up with this casino this has happened to too many people to be a mistake. HELP!!!

I did the same and was kind enough to explain that a casino's integrity is what makes money.  I pointed out the many times they offer me nd bonuses and don't honor them.  I did this by e mail and phone a couple of weeks ago.  Their response?  Snail mail with yet another code that doesn't work~  Gee whiz.

OK folks.

I downloaded this casino, but then I have read everything that people have been saying "Good and bad" about it.

I'll reserve judgment until I can afford a "Small"deposit and then see for myself...

Some good, some bad responses so I am quite unsure at the moment.

I got the same mailing.  Same results, "cannot be redeemed at this time"...I contacted live support.  Here's how it played out...

No kidding.

I have written two e mails and twice, I have unsubcribed from there mailings.  I also put them on my spam list.  So, guess what?  Gold VIP sent me another bogus coupon code from a different address.   Of course, the message read exactly the same as the other eight or ten I have recieved. 

Their marketing department needs a few lessons, methinks!   :Smiley
