I just received code Play21Free in the U.S. mail today, and the website wouldn't let me redeem it.  They spent some bucks on this mailer too I might add.  It would be interesting to see what their physical place of business looks like.  I always wonder this when I talk with live chat - are the reps at home telecommuting, or in temp. office space like H&R  Block, or what..  Does anybody really know?

This is the only casino i have ever had trouble with, i tried to use a coupon
never being there before,denied the coupon, i logged out, tried to log in  again later and poof my account was locked out, still don't know why.. i really don't care, it was just strange
