Hi Rosalina - at Go Casino it is almost always very difficult to reach customer service on the phone or live chat. But, if you do call or send a chat request and can wait with either for sometimes an hour or more, you will get someone to answer and then they are very helpful. But it can make you crazy waiting for them to answer.

And in the wee hours of the morning I have reached them without being on hold or only on hold for a minute or two... but, I never count on that! The phone is usually slightly faster than chat... so, call the number, put the phone on speaker so you can hear when they answer, do something else and wait...
