Just talked to support and the chip was issued immediately without any hassles! I spoke to Samantha and she was fabulous! So nice to have a CS that is friendly. She told me that this Microgaming casino has only been online for a few days and that when the Microgaming casinos leave the US that they will not be one of them! They have some really good bonuses also! I think that they are going to be different from alot of the Microgaming as far as bonuses and such so keep your eye on them!

Listen, I don't know if this makes a difference to anyone, but, I was reading on another forum where people are having trouble getting paid when they win from this casino. I haven't won anything yet but do find that on several occasions I have tried to make a deposit with my cc and the system always has an error. I contacted live support and I get the same answer everytime. "We are working on it" This has been going on for the past 3 weeks. If you are having trouble making a deposit, what happens when you try to make a withdrawal. Just a thought you may want to ponder.

I spoke with their c/s for quite some time before I decided if I wanted to deposit. First, they they do not have many withdrawal options, and personally I prefer Quick Tender..usually 24-48 hour turn-around. They said they do not offer it as of yet, but are working on it. It sounded to me they had a lot of things they needed work on. The customer service was extremely nice, but terms and conditions kind of high. If quick turn-around withdrawals are what you are looking for, this is something you should be checking out before you enter the casino. :-\ |

i sighned up with them about a month ago and i am from us i had no problem i read on another site they take all us must of changed since i sighned up haven't deposited but i got the free 30 and play their free tourneys
