    I've been looking and looking through the email and found no link except the link for their website which I already posted above...I am not sure why their support would say if it were expired or have to click the link which does not exist instead of explain this was just for the players who received the email-my guess-. Always thought Fortune Lounge has one of the best support...

  • I used to play alot at Platinum Play, was even a Vip. They sure drop you quick when you slack off at all. I had the nicest slot host, still keep in contact. Just not much they can do when you don't deposit.       I got this today. I hope they make more mistakes like this and in my favor.! I was trying out different microgaming accounts I've had and to see which work, which don't. And to see who's who and ...I know now that it makes a difference what account number is in there, because in middle of my free spins, I had to stop and go back and log in. I used the original Casino us account and my 12 cents that I had made so far was gone and so was free spins.     After I read the chat log, I got little confused about your name(s) and that could triggered the problem I think but I am not sure.
    When I log into my account, the first page prompt 'my promotions available' and when I received the email for that $5 plus three deposit offers, it also showed on the casino lobby. If you received the email, instead of sending, just forward it to them.
