Just thought I might save my fellow US LCB members some time by stating that Playtech casinos do not accept US. I also found this important info on this site stated within the Terms of Use section: Players who sign up in GBP and who do not reside in the United Kingdom will not be entitled to any bonuses unless otherwise arranged by special request with the casino. Just to let everyone know, take the free offer (if you're UK) but beware of depositing. I had an email, get them regularly from them, offering 100% bonus. Put my 20 in and got no bonus at all. This offer also came up when I logged into the casino. There was no online support so I emailed. They won't reply because it is not the email I registered years ago with them. I cannot email from the old one, but can still receive. No response from them last night or today. Best to avoid this casino. Can anyone out there help my cause? First time had problems with a casino.

Thanks to the runn3r for your advice. It worked a treat and she first said it was only 50% so I said no was definately 100. She came back and said yes, so I got the 100. Still beware, as should have got it without all the hassle. Probably won't deposit again with them. Let's hope if I win (haha!) I get the money!

well, the truth is, I like playtech casino very much. they have many great games (mostly slots). and these casino are sure payout you winnings. i never had any problems with any playtech casino's then again, i wouldn't rather play with bonus money (deposit) unless the playthrough is low like 10 times or 20. other than that just play with your deposit money. you can withdraw anytime you want to but that is my opinion. |
