They would not let me redeem this coupon. Said I had to contact customer service. I guess I've used too many free coupond. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted

I have been a depositer at this casino for sometime now and I have never gotten one email from them with any free chips, I have used a few I found on here thank you for posting them....I did try this code and it won't let me use it and my last transaction was a deposit...its very upsetting not ever getting any free chips I just would love to get one in my email....thanks for listening, I really enjoy this site.....debralee1967. Also wanted to let everyone know, when you log in to the casino down on the right hand side it says "Get $100.00 free chip for validating your account", I did get that one, I faxed them my ID, copy of my credit card(front and back), copy of a utility bill with my name on it and there Authorization Form, once they got those, went to live chat and they gave me the $100.00 free chip (of course your last transaction couldn't be another free chip) you have to deposit before they give it to you. And they also gave me a total of $80.00 for my birthday, supposed to be $100.00 but I gladly excepted the $80.00..(last transaction couldn't be a free chip)....just wanted everyone to know that they do give you those two free ones......THanks again....

I've also gotton the free $100.00 for doing the authorizing form thing. But it was my b-day a month ago and I got a total of $50.00 and it was split between 2 casino's. I've been a slots player for over 2 years now and I am also a VIP. Like that really does anything for ya. The only reason they did that cuz someone spent $16.000.00 of mine and my tower was in the computer shop getting a new hard drive. It was about the time when they were having the people from India working on the graveyard shift. They even lost $1800.00 while I was playing and it was an act of congress for them to give it back to me. The guy lost it while I was playing and he tried to reimburse me with my own money that I had withdrawn. Anyways they said I spent it. Impossible! But they did give me a total of $600.00 in chips, not even close to what I lost. They always have some excuse to not compensate ya. What happend to the 50% back thing? What a joke!
