Forby....I have to agree with you on all points...It didn't used to be like it is now...all kinds of bs excuses after you go thru all the registering....When possible, and they give me the ole go around, I go back and erase the info...and forget that casino...I definitly will NOT deposit with them....better luck to you ...there are lots of really good casinos out there...we just have to weed them out...  |

No. I only downloaded--ONE TIME--because I was unable to create an account in the flash version.

hi willowwe...just wanted to say hello, and welcome to the forum. i have wanted to say hi since you joined. your name really makes me smile, an old friend of mine an i were out hiking one day and we saw a really cool bird, and she said oh that's a black tail willowwoo!!!, all excited, so course i believed her  it was a very long time later i found out she was full of crap, and we had a great laugh. she has since passed away, but it will always make me laugh. what's with the willowwe..i know it's not a bird |

I was able to redeem the code, Aug 20th, and have requested a cashout. I`ll keep you posted how it goes. btw, for VIP100 60x playthrough and $250 max. cashout, said Sean from support. For EPC20 someone posted its 40x and $200 max cashout. maybe slots are not state of the art but at least overall payout on them truly is 98% as promoted on their website. Also for newbies, all games have detailed help explained on site, dont just look at payout screen. |

in top right corner of the cashier page you can find game history link in which you can see all bets made separated in sessions. one more thing, even though i lost free $20 i had to make wager for it too, before being able to request cashout, but it was not a problem because their 60x is comparable to 5x on microgaming or rtg casinos. |

I must have misread your first posting to get the idea that you had been able to claim the bonus.
But some of my post still has merit, in the registry implant recognizing your computer. Did you happen to have the casino main page open while trying to register on the downloaded version? I am not sure if it makes a difference, but when a casino has a know download play area available, the tracker may recognize you are physically present at the website, and prevent you from being able to be at the download site at the same time...
Again, this is conjecture, but I can see where it might be written into the code.

Hi everyone, I have requested a payout from Eldorado casino, Max withdrawal was $250.00....spoke to CS and was told no need to make a deposit before withdrawal, but once requesting to withdraw they now say you must make a min deposit and wager before the will process it. Jimb, When I tried the flash version, a second window opened automatically when I clicked on 'register'. After downloading, when I opened it, they ask me if I want to register or use existing account. As I had never had 1 with them, I clicked on 'register'. Same thing happened, a new window opened. Again, a repeat of my previously unfruitful attempts. I know I've said in other unrelated posts, I am an admitted chip-whore, but only in RTG's, so I don't complain. I was only sharing this experience because it had never happened to me before, and I hadn't read that anyone else had it happen. Honestly, I wasn't griping. And I'm sorry if I wasn't clear in my original post. I love this site! I learn so much...and I get lots of working chips too!  gl ev1! jax It was just wierd. |
