Ok i logged into cool cat a short while ago to check on the progress of my withdrawal being approved .

Heres how it went :-

me: Hi Mike i was just wondering if there is any progress on my withdrawal request.
Mike: as far as i can see still pending

Mike: when you make a withdraw request you need to make it an amount over the free chip amount . why ? because the free chip is non cashable
so the withdraw dept will take that amount from your request
Mike: the free chip you redeemed was for $400
Mike: and you requested $375
Mike: thats less than the free chip
me: the $400 has already been taken off
Mike : just a min!
me: when i met the playthrough requirement i had over $800 then my  balance was adjusted with the $400 taken off so i had just over $400 left
i played a little and decided to withdraw $375.
Mike: no it doesnt it will be taken from your request
me: have you read what i typed
Mike: the amount you can see it was removed
me: yes the $400 was removed

Mike: ok yes i was double checking and yes no need to worry that amount has been removed already , in that case you will be receiving the amount you requested

Well eventually he agreed that i had made the playthrough requirement and that the $400 had already been taken from my balance and that my $375 withdrawal looks ok so lets see what happens next week then.

NICE CODE WORKED FOR ME 

A quick update on my withdrawal for $375 on a free chip .
It took exactly 2 weeks to get my withdrawal request approved and got an e-mail
today confirming i will get my cheque within 7-15 business days.

An awful long time considering ive had cashouts within a couple of days at other online casinos but at least it looks like i will get my winnings
