Man this is bs... I redeemed the 400 n/d for coolcat... met playthrough... had 200 which i withdrew... Rep tells me to sent in doc and check back in 2 days for confirmation... I logged on two days after to confirm and was told by live rep that my winnings have been voided due to two free chip redemption. I went to history and noticed a free chip redeemed a day after my withdrawal was requested. I havent even logged into the site on that day. Funny thing is they put up this fake code: $145 lastestcasinobonuses ; what a way to abuse this site... Man im so freaking psst.. Stupid rep by the name of carolyn was pssting me off too, telling me constantly to read the terms... Stupid ass girl- i read the terms like 5 times before i first signed up for this casino.. DO NOT PLAY ON COOL CAT CASINO. It will be a waste of your time.

Hi Joon, I tried to reply to your email but my attempts came back undeliverable, yahoo usually doesn't like our email addresses  I don't know if you're aware of this, but Wild Vegas is a skin of Cool Cat, they are the same casino. What happened was that you have an account in Cool Cat, where you requested your withdrawal and another one in Wild Vegas, with a different username (if you don't remember what it is, let me know and I can send it to you by PM). On the 11th, you logged into Wild Vegas but instead of using your WV account to log in, you used your same Cool Cat account. So you redeemed and played the second bonus without realizing you were actually using your Cool Cat account, in the WV skin. I asked the grievance group to review your situation and asked them if an exception could be made in your case, they agreed so your withdrawal has been re-requested for you. This is a one time exception because I wanted you and other players to know about this type of situation. Please everybody, be careful. We allow two accounts in the same casino when they are opened through different skins, that is the case of Cool Cat / Wild Vegas or Prism / Slots of Vegas, but PLEASE make sure you log in with the username that belongs to that casino, so you can avoid this type of situations. Well since your a Newbie to this site,you must feel good posting this stupid stuff.I have won on free chips and have received all my money.If i remember right,that chip was a 2nd chip to use after you make a Deposit.Mybe you did free chip after free chip? I know i have played 2-3 or more free chips,but i know i can't cash out,so i;m not bothered about it.You need to go about it the right way.This site does pay,slow but does pay its winners. |

well u know kitty just because they are on the list doesnt mean they will work from everyone - but for the codes that do - i wish u the best of luck and please old code or not let use (or me) know cause sometimes we (or i) might miss a few and it is also great to find one that works (p.s. kitty i pm you about my state of mind right lol) good luck to everyone else |
