COOLEST66 worked for me today , although neither EXTRACHIPS40 or EXTRACHIPS70 worked , said 555FREEPLAY already redeemed but i dont remember ever playin with $555 ( and that i would def rememb ) and is not in the history , TYVM , Delightly  |

i dont know if anybody experience this at coolcat...it's d 3rd time happen to me wen im winning some money out of nowhere my money disappear and leave me with few bucks. i cant really redeem it but still...dats sucks! coolcat sucks!

The most common reason for your money disappearing in not just coolcat, but in any RTG casino you are free chipping in, is that you have made the playthrough requirement and all money in excess of the bonus/cashout are removed.

Yes... they deduct the playthrough amount. If I start getting up in cash, I really have to pay attention that I don't keep betting max amount as it brings my balance down fast.
