Hi all i am new to the site and i took up the LCASINOBONUSES.COM
promotion for the $400 no deposit bonus.
It took me 3 days to play through the $8,000 requirement.
I contacted live support to see if everything was in order and he said i had met the wagering requirement . After the $400 was taken off i was left
with $375 withdrawable cash. So i signed a copy of the Cool Cat verification form and scanned it and sent it back with a scan of my drivers licence and bank statement with address details.
I then requested a withdrawal by cheque for $375 (im from the UK)
I only played slots as i knew this was a requirement

Im very new to this and wanted to know have i did everything correctly
as far as you can tell ?  Do you think i will get paid out ?

any info would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Since you have not done a lot of free chipping, you should not have any problem at all.
Some of these RTG casinos take a little bit of time to get paid, but they do pay out.
I do not see a problem with you at all.

As i said in my previous post i am very new to this.
I had asked cool cat to send me an e-mail confirming that they had recieved my
identification documents and obviously they never.
So i got on to live chat and the guy confirmed they had got my copies of my id and
verifiation form signed so that was fine.

I then asked if i needed to do anything else and he said no i just had to wait for approval . So i asked how long does approval usually take ?
He says 10 days Exclamation!  I say are you sure i play a lot of online poker and approval is usually a couple days at the most . But he says yes its 10 business days normally .

Is Cool Cat serious 10 business days to give you approval or not Huh?

Is that standard practice or isnt that really extreme ?

Coolcat is well known for being slow in these matters. Typical time frame is roughly 3-4 weeks from time of request for withdrawal, if no T&C violations are detected (IE double chipping, Multiple accounts). The group of casinos they are associated with have been working on getting payout's down to 15 days.

While this is long, compared to other casino's it is a vast improvement over their old average.

Keep us updated on how long the process takes.
