it depends on which casino you play with.  For example, if you play at any rival casinos, you can convert comp pts to cash easily, you can cash out right away or if you want to play in hope to win for more, you are welcome to do that.  Minimum withdrawal is $25 from rival casinos.
You can also redeem comp pts easily at jackpot capital, cherry red, inetbet, goldvipclub, rushmore,....

its not available for you to redeem at these casinos:  coolcat, partycity, wildvegas, virtual, vegasstrip, slotofvegas, prism, clubplayer, cirrus, vip lounge,

This is true. The best thing to do is contact the support of the casino in question and ask for the terms and conditions. Some casinos consider it to be real money with no restrictions and withdrawable. Others have wager requirements prior to being withdrawable. While some consider it as bonus money only and not withdrawable.

If you could post which casino it is that your are inquiring about, I don't mind finding out for you and for myself.

Uhm, Inetbet will let you accumulate Comp points from No Deposit chips but comp points from solely Free chips are non redeemable, IE once you make a deposit and earn even 1 comp point using real money then all comp points are redeemable.

In their T&C.

Lucky Red, Aladdins Gold and Club Usa allow you to cash in comps 100=1.00 and are unrestricted... but never attempted to claim winnings from the comps... cause I have never gotten any winnings worth cashing from them.

My understanding is that comp points technically are not suppose to accrue from free chip play. I just think their software was designed prior to that policy decision.

Therefore if no deposit was ever made, it would be clear that the comp points were from free chip redemptions and could thus be disqualified once the request was made by account holder to redeem.

My suggestion is, If you have a lot of comp points, make a small deposit, continue playing to accrue a few more comp points and then contact help desk for redemption of comp points. Harder to tell where the comp points exactly came from then.

Also believe there's a 10x playthrough on comp points and a maximum cashable amount as well. Questions you'll certainly want to ask the casino.

NICE RESPONSE to this post TAAADAAA

with exception of only inetbet, all of casinos i listed above have no restriction for cash out.  I redeemed compt pts from goldvipclub $35, played BJ and won up to $100, I made a cashout, still waiting for this withdrawal.  And I won from redeeming comp pts at several rival casinos, check this link out, http://www.latestcasinobonuses.com/onlinecasinobonusforum/casinos/made-something-out-of-nothing/
