ok, so if that is the case, contact the support, and go to your cashier, and get the history information copied into a text file and ask support to give you the managers email address, so you can email the history that you met the wgaer in time,

maybe just re work out the timeframe, because casinos use different time zones, so maybe u still thought u had an hour left, so maybe u got the time zone wrong
