Check with live support. They probably will answer the question the best.
One other thing. Some people don't like dealing with Live support (Like me) as it's "Just another hoop to jump through" but there's reasons for them to get to "Partially" know you and this breaks the ice of "I'm nervous dealing with them" as it shouldn't be.
Ok, here's another great example to go to chat Gene.. I was going to one casino for a 100% bonus, but really wanted to play Cherry Red because they are my favorite. I went in and asked them what their promos were for the night and they only offered me a 50% match bonus, and gave me the code. So I said "is that the highest?" and she said, well we still have the 4th of July promo going on till the end of the month, for 200% , and she gave me two codes. So if I didn't say anything, and just went to the site, I would have only gotten 50%...BIG DIFFERENCE!! See sometimes it pays to open your mouth up!!  |

True Nal,
however to show "already redeemed" when it exists nowhere in the account history, coming from an email sent by the casino to a specific member, who was able to redeem it, just seems to me to possibly have been a personal code.
Did it work for you?
